Main responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the maintenance and repair of the bank’s ATM network
- Ensure all ATMs are functioning optimally and address any operational issues promptly
- Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for complex ATM-related problems
- Updated on the latest ATM technologies and integrate new solutions
- Enhance ATM device durability by performing a scheduled preventive maintenance
- Mentor teams for enhancing end ATMs security by installing antivirus and other security patches
