Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise packaging line operations to ensure daily production targets are achieved.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and packaging specifications.
- Monitor line performance, efficiency, and downtime, and implement corrective actions.
- Enforce safety, GMP, and housekeeping standards on the production floor.
- Coordinate manpower allocation and shift planning.
- Conduct routine performance reviews and provide coaching to team members.
- Ensure proper material utilization and minimize wastage.
- Monitor equipment condition and coordinate with maintenance for timely support.
- Prepare and submit daily production and performance reports.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
- First Degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
