Dina Investment Group is hiring a Group Finacial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager in Addis Ababa. The position requires a bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics or an industrial/quantitative discipline and at least eight years of experience. Applications close on 2 November 2026.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or an industrial/quantitative discipline.
- Elite proficiency in Excel financial modeling.
- Standard enterprise systems (ERP: Odoo or MS).
- Business Intelligence tools (Power BI/Tableau).
- Exceptional verbal and written command of English.
Nice to have
- Active professional license strictly required (ACCA, CPA, CIMA, preferred).
Main responsibilities
- Cross-Factory Business Partnering & Matrix Governance
- Support, align, and partner with factory management to challenge business assumptions
- Conduct routine site visits to ensure adherence to operational financial policies
- Direct the central Costing & Budget departments to maintain rigorous standard costing matrices
- Drive the consolidated annual budgeting architecture and rolling forecasts
