EASE Engineering is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Site Manager to lead and coordinate architectural finishing, interior fit-out, and related site construction activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise day-to-day architectural finishing and fit-out works.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, finish schedules, and approved samples/mock-ups.
• Monitor progress and ensure finishing works meet project schedules and productivity targets.
• Manage site engineers, foremen, finishing supervisors, and specialized finishing subcontractors.
• Coordinate trades including plastering, tiling, glazing, painting, joinery, and MEP fixtures.
• Enforce high-quality workmanship, conduct inspections and snagging, and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Coordinate finishing materials, samples, mock-ups, deliveries, storage, and protection of completed works.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, designers, procurement, and project teams.
• Prepare progress reports, snag lists, completion schedules, and maintain accurate site records.
• Support subcontractor claims, IPCs, variations, and handover activities.
• Enforce HSE, housekeeping, and site protection requirements.

Requirements & Qualifications

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Architectural Engineering, or a related field .
• 8–10 years of relevant experience in building construction, architectural finishing, or fit-out projects.
• 3–5 years of experience in a site leadership/management role .
• Strong practical knowledge of architectural detailing, finishing, fit-out, and snagging processes.
• Experience managing specialized finishing subcontractors and multiple trade packages.
• Strong understanding of quality control, HSE, and construction documentation.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools ; working knowledge of Revit/BIM is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
