Farm Africa Ethiopia is hiring a Senior Humanitarian Programs Manager in Addis Ababa. The role requires a master's degree and at least ten years of experience. Applications close on 3 November 2026.
Main responsibilities
- Oversee and directly support the implementation of emergency and recovery projects under his/her portfolio
- Coordinate and direct project planning processes to ensure overall integration of projects
- Ensures complete, timely and accurate documentation for all projects, including annual fiscal and narrative reports
- Guides the MEL and the emergency response managers/coordinators in active monitoring and evaluation of all projects
- Provides general oversight and guidance to effective project cycle management
- Supports the WFP, DRA, UNFPA & other emerging donors projects’ Emergency Response Managers/Coordinators
