Sun Jun Bo Furniture Production is hiring a showroom manager in Addis Ababa. The role requires a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business management, three to five years of experience, and is a full‑time, onsite position. Applications close on 18 November 2026.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of retail store management experience.
• 2+ years of sales/management experience in furniture, whole-house customization, or building materials industry.
• Fluent in English (working language).
• Fluent in Amharic.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and stress tolerance.

Main responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly/quarterly sales plans, lead the team to meet targets, and secure key accounts and customized orders.
• Manage daily showroom operations, including staff scheduling, display adjustments, inventory counting, and visual merchandising.
• Recruit, train, and coach the showroom sales team to improve overall service standards and sales techniques.
• Handle major complaints and after-sales issues; build and maintain VIP client profiles.
• Liaise closely with the factory production and logistics teams to ensure delivery timelines and quality for customized orders, reducing complaints.
• Analyze conversion rates, average transaction value, and best-selling products; submit regular operational reports to management.
