Job Description

Triggerise is a tech-powered, Netherlands-based non-profit operational in 10 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa and India. We motivate our users – primarily young women and adolescent girls – to make positive health choices. We use nudges like reminders, discounts, in person and digital follow-ups, and reward points to encourage our users to access and use health products and services. We also support them in becoming entrepreneurs and adding value to their economies.

The Company

Triggerise builds digital platforms that motivate users – primarily young women and adolescent girls – to make positive choices. In Ethiopia, we have a fast growing team that are implementing our projects from our office in Addis Ababa or from home offices in Addis or Afar. Triggerise’s people are young and our culture is global and dynamic. Our work environment is fast-paced, informal, and friendly.

The Job

The Ecosystem Launcher will be responsible for setting up new Tiko Ecosystems and identifying and contracting the new actors. You’ll do this by:

  • Mapping the possible partners and providers, and then analyzing which ones are best suited to be a part of the ecosystem.
  • Negotiating and contracting new partners and providers on the ecosystem according to operating procedures of Triggerise.
  • Conducting and documenting due diligence in order to vet any potential partner or provider on the platform. This includes ensuring a risk assessment is done for each and that all standard operating procedures are followed.
  • Coordinating activities with the other field teams to ensure that work runs smoothly and effectively.
  • Identifying, preventing and responding to, and mitigating any kind of fraud in any ecosystem you work in. This will involve flagging and reporting any suspicious activity or breaches of our code of conduct and standard operating procedures.

About you

You are tech-savvy and proficient in mobile, messaging and use of applications. You have brilliant interpersonal skills and are able to lead a team. You’re a problem solver, who has the ability to innovate and improve the way that work is done.

Requirements

  • A degree or relevant working experience in a similar field.
  • 4-6 years of working experience in a similar area.
  • You are approachable and work well in a team.

The Rewards

At Triggerise we believe in being open, also when it comes to salaries. The salary brackets for this position, excluding benefits, is 39 042 ETB – 58 564 ETB a month and we will offer you a salary in this bracket depending on your level of experience and how it relates to your future colleagues.
