Job Description

About Us: -

Pioneer Diagnostic Center is the diagnostic center that gives medical diagnoses with advanced imaging equipment, e.i 1.5 T MRI, CT scan, Permanent Magnetic MRI, Mammography, Ultrasound, ECO & X-Ray.

We have three branches No 1 Bole Road Alem Building, No 2 Gotera Condominium inside Hallelujah Hospital, No 3 inside Radio Fana, No 4 Megenagna inside Lancet Hospital


Job Responsibilities: -

  • Provide administrative support for HR executives
  • Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation
  • Manage and update HR databases with different information such as new hires, terminations, sick leaves, warnings, vacation, and days off 
  • Help in payroll management, preparation, and payment
  • Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures
  • Answer employees’ questions and provide requested information
  • Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities
  • Assist recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes
  • Answer telephone calls and provide needed information 
  • Create reports for senior management
  • Help organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification: -   

  • Diploma in Human Resource, Management or related field with working experience as an HR administrative assistant minimum of 5 years
  • Continues working at Human Resource Department for 3 years.
