Duties and Responsibilities

Search for and identify relevant medical equipment tender opportunities.

Review tender requirements, technical specifications, and bid documents.

Prepare and organize technical documents, specifications, catalogues, and compliance documents.

Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, technical information, and supporting documents.
-
Assist in preparing and submitting complete tender documents within deadlines.
-
Ensure that proposed medical equipment meets the required technical specifications and standards.

Prepare tender-related reports and maintain proper documentation.
-
Follow up on submitted tenders and support communication with relevant stakeholders.

Assist with other biomedical engineering and technical activities as assigned.
Skills & Competencies
-
Basic knowledge of medical equipment and technical specifications.
-
Knowledge of tender preparation and bid evaluation is an advantage.

Good communication and negotiation skills.
-
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
-
Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.

Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
