Akeseker Ethiopia Casing PLc is a foreign investor in meat subsector and is being promoted to leading meat exporter of India “ Allana Group”. Hence, would like to employ Junior Import & Export Officer with the below qualifications.     

Duties and responsibilities:

• Preparing the pre –shipment documents for all export shipment and arranging of their filling with customs authorities.
• Provide excellent customer service and problem-solving skills in response to any customer inquiries or complaints
• Communicate with customers, freight forwarders, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate documentation submission
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth export process
• Responsible to handle post shipment documents like Bill of loading / Airway Bill, GSP/certificate of origin, Bill of exchange, Fumigation certificate, Insurance certificates, Health certificates, and their submission to Bank Buyer.
• Follow ups with local supplier to ensure the timely delivery.
• Update customer order, quality and delivery schedule on daily Basis.
• Sending shipment notification to customers at proper time.
• Coordinate with the export team to prepare and process export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading
• Ensure all documentation complies with international trade regulations and requirements
•  Maintain accurate records of all export documentation and transactions

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing and other related field.
• One year and Above work experience is required in export area
• Attention to details and accuracy ·
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
• Ability to take initiative and work with creativity and flexibility ·
