Main responsibilities

  • Plan the department’s annual plan
  • Monitor and support staff under one’s supervision in the preparation of their own plans
  • Oversee, support, and evaluate work performance
  • Ensure that any challenges encountered are resolved or corrected
  • Compile periodic reports and submit them to the relevant authority
  • Provide on-the-job training to subordinate staff
