Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in loan and insurance officer or related field
Main responsibilities
- Receive and process loan applications from SACCO members.
- Explain available loan products, eligibility requirements, terms, repayment schedules, and related conditions.
- Identify members' financing needs and recommend suitable loan products.
- Support members throughout the loan application and approval process.
- Ensure all applications are complete and properly documented.
- Promote responsible borrowing and proper loan utilization.
