Main responsibilities
- Apply global logistics best practices to govern the complete operational throughput of our local dispatch center
- Manage the local dispatcher workstations, recruit and track rider logistics performance
- Organize merchant partner onboarding sessions and stabilize on-the-ground food delivery operations
