Main responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers.
  • Source and purchase printing materials, including stickers, vinyl, flex banners, paper, inks, toners, and other printing consumables.
  • Procure materials for special stand construction, including MDF, HDF, wood, metal, acrylic, and other fabrication materials.
  • Request and compare quotations from at least three suppliers before purchasing.
  • Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare purchase orders and follow up on deliveries.
