Requirements
- Two (2) years of relevant professional experience in the financial industry.
Main responsibilities
- Review the company’s strategy and understand key strategies, objectives, key initiatives, value drivers and improvement lever
- Support the development and execution of the company’s strategy and long-term plans
- Collaborate with senior management and department leaders to stimulate thinking on opportunities
- Verify the performance alignment around the strategy, and generate an improvement plan
- Design and lead the department’s strategy or initiatives; plan and manage delivery to set timelines, budget and quality standards
- Establish effective linkages between departmental planning processes and company-wide planning activities
