Vacancy Announcement Job Title: Digital Banking Business Officer Job Summary • He/She is responsible to develop a proposal for digital banking products and services. Perform assessment of the current digital banking products and services. Assist clients on various platforms offered by the bank, including, but not limited to, card banking, online and mobile banking, bill payment, agency banking etc. Identify business/improvement opportunities area for reengineering to ensure delivery of efficient and high quality service to customers. Carry out any feasibility study conduct by department.
