Oversee the overall corporate budgeting preparation, management and monitoring processes
? Generate financial statements, and reports related to forecasts, budgets (actual vs budgeted), account payables, account receivables, expenses, etc.
? Analyses pipeline in close collaboration with the management.
? Ensure quality and timely preparation of financial reports.
? Assist in establishing standard policies and procedures and conduct periodic training to employees.
? Assist in establishing key financial strategies to enhance business profitability.
Administer everyday accounting functions for the company including:
? Ensure proper authorization of all financial transactions before payments.
? Ensure that all entries are properly coded and all transactions are backed up with appropriate supporting documents
? Account for procurement of good and service transactions to ensure adequate supporting documentation, accuracy, and control over payments.
? Ensure accurate calculation and distribution of salaries and other benefits to employees.
? Responsible for on-time settlement of all statutory taxes, pension, provident fund, and withholding taxes within the same month to a concerned government office.
? Prepare and analyze accounts receivable records and statements (aging receivables) and perform reconciliation of customer balances.
? Manage all client accounts for payment settlements, prepare and analyze accounts payable.
? Maintain accurate bank records of cash withdrawals and deposits and monthly reconciliation of Bank accounts and other accounts.
? Manage the month-end accounting processes and prepare interim financial statements.
? Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies, and other financial-related problems.
? Responsible for communication and follow-up with banks, tax authorities, auditors, etc.
? Maintain knowledge of all local accounting norms and ensure compliance with all legal regulations.
? Develop standard accounting procedures to improve financial operations efficiency.
? Supervise the annual governmental audit;
? Maintain, update and monitor inventory records.

? Diploma/bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting.
? Minimum 4 years experience in a related position preferably a manufacturing company
? Excellent organizational, planning, and interpersonal skills.
