| Qualifications/Skills | ||

• Qualification: BA/BSc/LLB degree in Management, Accounting, Marketing, Economics, Statistics and Law or other related field of study from a recognized University.
• Experience: A minimum of five (5) years’ experience in insurance operation: Out of which two (2) years in senior underwriting positions or equivalent • Experience in Insurance for all job positions are preferable The following additional qualities & competencies are required • Ability to plan, Organize standardize and control General Business Operations • Highly oriented in Customer service • Good interpersonal, Communication & Computer application skill • Considerable knowledge of core business governing policies and procedures • Good knowledge of insurance principles and practices • Dependable & Team Player |
