1. Branch Manager
Job Purpose: To support the sustainable growth and profitability of the Bank by cross selling the Bank’s products, marketing new products, acquiring and retaining customers, instituting continuous improvement for enhanced customer service and operational efficiency in the Branch.
Qualification Required & Experience: Master’s /Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Management, Banking & Finance with four(4)/ six(6) years of relevant banking work experience; of which one year of experience should be at supervisory level.

2. Principal Customer Relationship Manager
Job Purpose: To maintain a strong and long-lasting relationship between the Bank and its corporate customers assigned to him/her, and contribute to increasing the size of the loan portfolio through credit marketing and meeting the service delivery quality standard in a cost effective way. The position is also responsible for ensuring loan quality through proper follow-up of individual customers.
Qualification Required & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Accounting, Management or related fields with six (6) years’ of relevant work experience. Understanding of the Banking Industry and factors affecting loan performance is desirable.
