Company Summary

Organic Liquid Fertilizer Producing PLC is a privately owned fully certified and patented specialty manufacturer of organic liquid fertilizer product in Ethiopia.

We are an indigenous enterprise that produces an innovative and unique organic fertilizer in liquid form with a brand name Eco-Green.


Typical Responsibilities

  • manage all the correspondence that takes places within the office and also the mails that come in from outside
  • Manage coordination activity about vehicles’ transportation  A.A office to factory communication
  •  dispatch all the reports to all the relevant people on time
  •  make agendas for the meeting and give it to all the people who are attending it
  • Before the meeting commences, they have to read out the minutes of the previous meeting
  •  check if all the members are present or not
  •  write down the minutes of the meeting and file it
  •  manage the petty cash box of the office
  •  make appointments for the manager to whom they report and they also have to remind them about the commitments
  • correspond with other companies on behalf of the management
  •  teach the new employees about the specific protocols and work culture regarding the office
  •  teach technical things like the use of office intranet and filing systems
  • Ensure the daily e-mail checking and downloading of documents and their delivering;
  • Receive and transmit local and international telephone calls, electric mails and faxes;
  •  Establish up-to-date filing and record keeping systems and file all documents in relevant folders;
  • File and take care of all documents that should be kept in office; especially, keep confidential documents in safe place;
  •  Provide typing and clerical services as assigned (draft letters, Memos and related);
  •  Take and arrange appointments
  •  Responsible for handling and running of the office furniture’s and equipment's;
  • Perform similar duties when requested
  • Make cash collections against appropriate receipt Vouchers;
  •  Keep the custody of petty cash and receivable documents properly;
  • Effect payments from her petty cash fund upon authorization by relevant person;
  • Maintain cashbook for the petty cash she handles;
  • Performs related tasks as required
  • Handling  sales attachment and cash register machine for the customers based on their orders
  • Carry on other duties given from immediate supervisors'

Qualification, Education and Experience:

  • First diploma or degree in secretarial science or other related fields also  who worked with related field for 3 years and above.
