Qualification:
• Degree in Hotel Management or Business Administration or related fields • Minimum of 4 years work experience in a 4 star Hotel/Hotel Apartment NGO’s, Embassies or in a service oriented • Organization in a management responsibility • Female applicant in a marketing experience is advantageous. • COC qualified is advantageous • Good knowledge of Human Resource activity of the hotel • Great skill in computer and able to work with Microsoft office and other programs • Fluent spoken & written English with an advantage of foreign language • High level of Leadership competency, and an excellent team player • Great interpersonal skill and passion for hospitality industry. • Very good knowledge of C Net hotel operating software or other similar PMS systems |
