On behalf of our client, Transsion Manufacturing PLC, we are looking for a competent candidate for the Key Account Manager open position to be based here in Addis Ababa.
About the Company
Transsion Manufacturing PLC, under the umbrella of Transsion Holdings-China, is well renowned for assembling the iconic Tecno Mobile, phone accessories, and Syinix home appliances in Ethiopia.
Currently, the company has full ownership of three famous mobile phone brands TECNO, itel, and Infinix, and an after-sales service brand Carlcare. The company has set up offices in many countries and regions, such as Dubai, Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, Cameroon and Bengal, and others.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
? Where directed, identify sales opportunities, networking, and fact-finding, and calling on and closing new accounts.
? Prepare and deliver effective selling presentations that implement approved Customer Business Plans and employ effective game theory and negotiating strategies.
? Leverage management tools to analyze data on a variety of critical business drivers ranging from coverage productivity and time allocation to retail conditions and program compliance.
? Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
? Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
? Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key customer stakeholders
? Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
? Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
? Forecast and track key account metrics
? Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth attainment
? Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as need
? Any other related assignments to be given by superiors

Work Experience Requirements:
? At least three years’ experience, previous work experience at Ethio Telecom is a plus
? Ability to build a good relationship

? Excellent project management skill
? Excellent planning and analytical skill
? Ability to work under pressure
? Good at problem analysis and problem-solving
? Excellent team management skill
? Demonstrated professional excellence, passion for successes and ambition to work

? Excellent ability to collect, treat and analyze data and findings.
? Fluent in written and spoken English
