Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Combine the company's overseas strategic goals, Plan mid- and long-term marketing strategies, Development plan for market development, Responsible for formulating online and offline communication strategies of the brand according to the strategic brand positioning;
  • Based on deep understanding and insights into industry and regional differences, Acutely grasp the market dynamics and market direction, formulate differentiated market strategies according to market strategies, Integrate various functional modules such as retail and user operations, coordinate the development of brand communication execution plans, and monitor the effects of execution;
  • Responsible for the planning and organization of major brand marketing events to enhance brand exposure;
  • Establish and manage an efficient market insight system, and conduct a comprehensive analysis of various information, Coordinate and manage the implementation of brand communication in subordinate countries and provide professional solutions to ensure the implementation of brand communication;
  • Responsible for integrating and coordinating the brand's media resources in various markets to enhance brand visibility and reputation."

Job Requirements

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

 

1.   Education requirements:

    First Degree or MA in Marketing Management

2.   Experience requirements:

  •   Have more than 6-8 years of working experience in the communication enterprise   market, or 4A company (consumer) brand planning experience, more than 3 years of  team Management experience. Prior  experiences in a foreign country (Middle East) in supervisory positions is a plus!

1.   Professional background:

  • Bachelor degree or above in related majors in marketing, journalism, art, and design;

2.   Skills/title requirements:

Familiar with the brand management model of consumer products and electronic products, and understand the psychological demands of consumers;

3.   Language skill

  •     Excellent speaking and writing English skill and Arabic language is a plus.

4.   Ability requirements:

Have strong strategic planning ability, marketing planning ability, market insight, independent organization has led projects, and have rich project experience;

5.   Trait requirements:

 Good leadership, creative design ability & team management ability.
