On behalf of our client, Entoto Beth Artisan, we are looking for a successful candidate to fill the position of Marketing Manager for its Gallery and High-End Restaurant located in Bole Japan.
Responsibilities o Assists restaurant, Bistro, Pizzeria, and Gallery in creating, and maintaining a positive image o Publicizes events, special promotions, and other newsworthy events utilizing social media outlets o Markets Entoto by developing and implementing marketing and advertising campaigns o Track sales data for each promotion/event; analyze trends; make recommendations to increase sales/attendance o Generate new business for events o Develop ads and brochures to market restaurant/café o Efficiently executes marketing campaigns o Works closely with outside vendors to ensure the website is up-to-date o Maintain relationships with current clients Business Development: o Research markets and identify event opportunities and generate interest for holding events o Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing new and existing business relationships o Ability to think out-of-the-box for generate new business o Prospecting, cold calling, and developing a “book of business” o Increase the special events revenue Event Coordination: o Able to organize time effectively, forward plan, and prioritize tasks/projects to ensure workload is balanced and urgent situations are dealt with immediately o Presents ideas and solutions to meet client’s needs o Develop, plan and sell private functions o Possess strong negotiating skills o Ability to work within strict budget specifications while meeting client’s expectations or deviating from the agreed expectations o Work closely with the Operation Director Restaurant Manager and teams to help coordinate and process event orders in all functions o Develop and maintain strong relationships with various vendors o Must have the ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines Operations: o Daily operations as assigned Qualifications: How to Apply If you are up to the challenge and possess the necessary qualification and experience; please send your CV only quoting the job title on the email subject (Marketing Manager| Entoto Beth Artisan) to [email protected] before the 21st July 2022.
