Essential Function
- Participate in development of product related strategies, action plans, and procedure;
- Conduct new product development and assessments of modifying of existing;
- Conduct periodical assessments on Amhara Bank’s products and services level of success in addressing needs of customers;
- Perform feasibility and sustainability studies for existing and new products;
- Perform other duties as required.

Job Requirements
Qualifications
-
BA in Marketing, Economics, Management and Accounting or related field,
Experience
- 3 years relevant experience in the Banking industry, of which 1 year in a Product Development and Management Officer Position.
