On behalf of our client, Transsion Manufacturing PLC (Tecno Mobile), we are looking for a competent candidate for the Retail Supervisor open position at Addis Abeba.
Responsibilities: • Responsible for retail sales to reach a target • Responsible for the completion of the store emplacement, according to the office of the annual development plan. • Assist National Manager in developing the office channels price system and responsible for implementing the price system execution in retail channels. • Assist the national manager in developing retail incentives and be responsible for their implementation. • Responsible for retail channel promotion management and terminal image building assistance. • Responsible for collecting and retail orders received NFD and PSI information, market information, customer information, product information, and other information collected, compiled, and analyzed. • Responsible for evaluation and authorization management team within the scope of the sector. Job requirement:
• Bachelor's degree or above, in marketing, business management, and other related professionals. • Have more than three years of work experience in the retail, electronic or fast consumer industry, and retail management experience. • English as a working language. • Adapt to long-term business trips or overseas traveling Physical Requirements: Below 35 years old, be able to travel frequently, result-oriented, pressure resistant, positive thinking, a strong sense of execution, communicative, passionate about the work of business development. |
