PCM Digitally Enabled customer support service is hiring 25 sales agents – outbound call center in Addis Ababa. This full-time position is for junior level candidates with secondary education and between one and three years of experience. The work location is onsite, and applications close on 12 November 2026.
Requirements
- Confidence in making outbound calls, handling objections, and converting prospects
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use CRM systems and digital tools
- Must be willing to work full-time from the office in Addis Ababa
Nice to have
- Arabic-speaking ability is an advantage
Main responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce company products
- Convert prospects into customers using professional sales and persuasion techniques
- Follow up with interested prospects to maximize sales conversions
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance expectations
- Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns confidently
