Job Description

Purpose of the Role/ Main Purpose

Having the required and requested knowledge and understanding about all products and services handled by SEGON MARILL as well as the networks and relationships that exist or need to exist with other agents and all local and international suppliers in order to effectively and efficiently conduct outreach to source new leads and engage with existing ones.

Key Deliverables/ Outcomes

Training and Development

  • Arrange continues training for the team on the sales activity of the company
  • Develop team sales team persuasion, negotiation, pre-move   survey problem solving and prospection skills based on defined KPIs
  • Evaluate, monitor and upgrade training schedules and contents to optimize training and coaching effectiveness.
  • Organize sales motivational events: R&R (rest and recreation), Annual Sales Conference and workshop

Performance Management and Evaluation

  • Assess the Sales team’s performance in a consistent and timely manner
  • Develop KPIs for the entire sales team as a whole and each individual position
  • Develop timely performance report and insights and integrate the team’s

Planning

  • Develop sales development plan /program
  • Develop and cascade effective sales process and sales tools (Best Practices Tools & Programs) including basic and advanced selling skills and sales management skills

Learning and Development Management

  • Directly participate in on-boarding and induction programs to sales and marketing department
  • Diversify training materials and methodology (on-line, off-line, off-site, video, class-based... trainings) to develop sales capabilities in line with the company growing business.

Accountability

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly report

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of two years of experience as a sales and Marketing representative
  • ·Graduate of a bachelor’s degree or above in any field
  • ·Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

 The person who is assigned for this unit is also expected to handle all SEGON-MARILL’s type of services / activities = Import Air, Import Sea, Export Air, Export Sea, City Move, Relocation, Record Management, Hotel logistic management, Art Removal, Warehouse Management, or any other activity that could be developed by the company in the future
