Responsible to manage the Enterprise product verticals; manage and activate presales activities and build good customer relationships
Identify potential customers, follow their request, and respond timely; demonstrate commercial and technical expertise in enterprise product market
Work closely with the teams to devise technical solutions as per client expectations and requirement.
Work with other sales leaders to identify and develop opportunities and drive growth
Flexible to manage the enterprise sales accounts out of Addis Ababa
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
Strong IT background from ideally a systems integration and configuration background
CISCO Certified and have other related certification
Capable in preparation, submission and follow-up of open and restricted tender documents
Able to join pre and post sales calls with enterprise customers, understand their needs, and effectively translate that into potential lead; capable to work with other team to position new product launches to generate awareness, demand, and revenue; able to demonstrate a successful track record, gained in a sales/account manager position, negotiating and closing high value
Prior commercial sales experience in closing large and complex contractual agreements is preferred; sales hunter – ability to build new accounts from scratch.
Able to effectively lead and energize functional team to meet sales plan
Excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal and leadership skills
