Global logistics Plc is hiring one Sales Manager in Addis Ababa. The position asks for a bachelor's degree in marketing, supply chain or logistics and at least two years of experience. Applications close on 13 November 2026.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation, dispatching, or logistics operations
- Hands‑on experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), GPS tracking platforms, and MS Excel
- Strong problem‑solving abilities
Main responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify and acquire new customers requiring transportation, freight forwarding, and logistics services.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotations, contracts, and service agreements.
- Negotiate pricing, service terms, and contracts with clients.
- Lead, supervise, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
