Through the process, we have learnt that apprenticeships program is a proven way to promote the smooth transitions from school to work. In addition, it has an experience of facilitating and encouraging target groups to form village savings and loan associations (VSLA).

Job Summary of the Sales Person;

The The primary responsibility of the sales person is to coordinate and manage the products of garment and link with market for profit maximization for the purpose of sustainability of the center by its own income and to plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts or areas, responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and managing quality of product and service delivery.

 Roles and responsibilities;

• Generate new businesses through a series of  networking events, industry contacts and customer linkage
• Maintains existing client relations by providing ongoing consultation
• Develop and maintain strong working relationship with client to create a partnership that yields success results and credibility
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation in all clients and prospects
• Prepare sales action plans and strategies, schedule sales activity, develop and maintain a customer database.
• develop and maintain sales and promotional materials, plan and conduct direct marketing activities, negotiate with clients and  develop sales proposals
• maintain sales activity records and prepare sales reports
• respond to sales inquiries and concerns by phone, electronically or in person
• ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationships
• perform quality checks on product and service delivery
• monitor and report on sales activities and follow up for management
• carry out market research and surveys
• monitor competitors, market conditions and product development

Required number of trainers: 1 (One)

• Minimum of  BA degree in marketing, Business management, accounting, or related fields.
• three years and above experience in business management
• Marketing and sales experience in the garment sector is added value
• Demonstrated experience in sales and business making operations

• knowledge of customer service principles
• knowledge of basic business principles
