- Generate client leads to buy a property.
- Counsel clients on market conditions and prices.
- Show properties to potential buyers.
- Promote properties with campaigns and events.
- Look out for potential buyers and convincing those potential buyers to buy our Apartments.
- Accompany buyers during visits to showrooms and advising them on the suitability and value of the apartments they are visiting.
- Coordinate appointments to showrooms to prospective buyers.
- Performing day-to-day tasks such as maintaining information on our customer relationship management system.
Skills and Specifications
- Proficient in Microsoft applications, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
- Ability to learn and adapt quickly to changing business and client need
- Advanced level of English
- Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply for this position.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management and related fields.
