Holland Dairy PLC is hiring one Sales Planning Coordinator in Addis Ababa. The position requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics or Statistics and at least three years of experience. Applications close on 18 November 2026.

Requirements

  • Strong Microsoft skills: excel skills, including formulas, PivotTables and forecasts
  • Ability to use and interpret Power BI or similar reports
  • Strong numerical skills, careful checking and the ability to explain what the figures mean for the business

Main responsibilities

  • Prepare sales forecasts and allocations
  • Prepare KPI scorecards using agreed definitions
  • Create daily SENRI scoreboards for the Trade Manager
  • Track daily sales by route & channel and provide insights
  • Check each distributor's forecast, targets, coverage, compliance and agreed operating KPIs
  • Recommend action where distributors are underperforming
