Desire Import Export is hiring two Sales Supervisors in Addis Ababa. The position is onsite and requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or Engineering and three to five years of experience. Applications close on 20 November 2026.
Requirements
- 3+ years of sales experience, including some supervisory or team-lead experience
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Addis Ababa and regions
Nice to have
- Experience in automotive, EV, fleet, or technology sales is an advantage
- Passion for electric vehicles and sustainable mobility
Main responsibilities
- Help execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and business goals
- Supervise and motivate the sales team, setting clear daily and weekly targets
- Support the team in finding new sales opportunities, markets, and customer groups
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Monitor sales data and market trends and share insights with management
- Represent the company at events and customer activities
