On behalf of our client, Sampek Engineering PLC, we are looking for a successful candidate to fill the position of Secretary, located in Addis Ababa.
• Perform administrative/reception/secretarial duties
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products
• Prepare cash receipt vouchers for cash and check collections
• Ensure intact deposit of cash and cheque collections on a daily basis
• Produce sales invoices to customers
• Check proper and adequate documentation for all sales on a cash basis
• Handle petty cash payments and ensure compliance with internal control set out
• And Other Duties as Assigned.
