Job Duties and Responsibilities:
- Duplicate and prepare documents in accordance with the order in a timely manner
- Keep confidentiality of organizational documents
- Maintain records of documents in soft and hard copy
- Maintain photocopy and other equipment in use
- Deliver documents to internal and external personal as needed
TVET/ (10+3) Certificate
0-year work experience
- Basic computer skills
- Good communication and basic office skills
- Know how to photocopy/scan/binding documents is a plus
