Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
- answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes and scanning.
- take and relay messages
- provide general administrative and clerical support
- prepare correspondence and documents
- receive and sort mail and deliveries
- schedule appointments
- organize conference and meeting room bookings
- co-ordinate meetings and organize catering
- monitor and maintain office equipment
- Another task assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Education and Experience
- Diploma generally required
- knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
- knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- ability to work as a team
- good dressing, clean, and on time.
- Good time management skills.
- Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required
