Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in international cooperation, of which substantial experience in results-based monitoring and evaluation
- Demonstrated experience in designing and operating M&E systems, including indicator development, quantitative and qualitative data collection, surveys and data analysis
- Excellent English in speaking and writing
Nice to have
- Experience in providing advisory services to public institutions, preferably in the fields of peace, security or governance
