Administration Officer
World Together Ethiopia

World Together is a Korean international relief and development NGO that was established in December 2005 through permission fromthe Ministry of Justice with the mission to help our neighbors worldwide who are suffering from poverty, disease and war.
World Together Ethiopia (International NGO) invites competent and qualified candidates for the as per the following requirements:
Terms of Employment
Contract based renewed yearly on his/her performance

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Human Resource Related:
Maintain personnel files, staffs leave tracking and timely update the HRM Information System for the Head Office and HQ
Update staff annual leave records and informing staff on their leave status
Ensure that the hygiene, security and safety standard of the office is maintained
Assist vacancy posting process and conducting payments related to it
Prepare regular HR reports for the office
Prepare staff contract renewal and reviews it whenever a request comes from the Country Director or immediate supervisor
Prepare and provide ID card for new employees
Follow up whether HR manuals are timely updated or not

Administration Related:
Making sure for proper documentation of different agreements, office memos, government, partners, donors in a separate and arranged manner
Provide secretarial support for immediate supervisor
Making contacts with telecom providers regarding internet and telecom needs of the office, facilitating the signing of service contractual agreements and conducting regular and occasional service fee payments
Facilitating meeting arrangements, hotel booking for staffs and guests from regional and head quarter offices
Process mail and correspondences, write and keep minutes of a meeting
Logistic Related:
Facilitate work permit, visa issuance and employment related tasks of the expatriate staff
Ensure vehicles are inspected, licensed, and insured
Keep vehicle mileage and maintenance or repair records
Handle all other related activities as assigned by the organization.

Job Requirements:

Qualifications, Skills and Work experience:
BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Social Sciences.
2 years and above and NGO experience is a plus
English language is mandatory
Very good communication skill and computer skill is necessary.
