Job Description

  • Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates, controls, and supervises the Agents.
  • Signs loans for the agents and other documents in accordance with established procedures of the MFI.
  • Ensures the efficient flow and completion of the branch’s work on time. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned by supervisor 
  • Promotion and distribution of Rays and SAHAY mobile banking system as per the target of the company, inside Moyale and nearby towns  

Job Requirements

  • Good management and communication skills
  • 3years related work experience 
  • Islamic Bank  solution
  • computer skill
  • Experience in financial institution and linguist preferred 
  • Knowledge of   Borena Moyale  context
  • Good skill in Written and spoken Afaan Oromo, Amharic, and English
