EthSwitch is the National Switch owned by all banks (private and public) operating in Ethiopia, the National Bank of Ethiopia and some MFIs. EthSwitch has been established mainly to Create Interoperability between financial and payment service providers, develop & Institute Domestic Payment Scheme, and provide Shared Infrastructure/Platforms to Financial Institutes. The mission of the Company is ’’Making Payments Simple and Affordable’’, and its Vision is ‘’To be best in class Payment Network in Africa by 2035.
The Card Personalization Officer I is responsible for the operation of all data card printing production equipment. S/he follows work instructions and runs production jobs in accordance with standard operating procedures. S/he monitors the operation of production equipment and makes adjustments as required to maintain quality and required production rates. S/he informs supervisor of all non-routine operations or machine malfunctions. S/he is responsible for operator level preventative maintenance and for following or safety procedures and policies.
Job Requirements
- Diploma/ BSc degree in Electronics or Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field of study
- 4 years of relevant work experience for Diploma and no experience for degree holders
- Competence in relevant applications packages and MS Office
- Requited Number 01 (One)
