Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Computer Science plus minimum of 3 years in ICT
Job Summary: The job holder is responsible to control and maintain Bank’s IT infrastructure of the Regional Branch Office; Installs and configures computer hardware operating systems and applications; monitors and maintains computer systems and networks; troubleshoots system and network problems and diagnoses and solves hardware or software faults, and replaces parts as required. Provides support including supporting the rollout of new applications.

2. Assistant Talent Acquisition and On Boarding Officer
Qualification & Experience: BA Degree in Human Resources Management, Public Administration
Job Summary: The job holder assists AIB’s talent acquisition function. This encompasses assisting in the entire recruitment cycle; college /internship programs; the Bank’s employer branding; and other strategic programs to ensure a diverse and well-rounded candidate pipeline. S/he will assist in the implementation of a strategic sourcing plan for attracting high performing professionals.
Place of Work: Addis Ababa
Skills Requirement: Knowledge of computer operation is mandatory
