EASE Engineering is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Site Manager to lead and coordinate site construction operations, with a strong focus on civil, structural, and infrastructure works.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day civil and structural site activities.
- Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
- Manage site engineers, foremen, supervisors, surveyors, and other site personnel.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, machinery, and subcontractors.
- Monitor project progress and take corrective action to address delays and site challenges.
- Enforce HSE requirements, conduct safety inspections, and support risk management.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, procurement, and technical teams.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Support IPCs, variations, claims, and other contract administration activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field .
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in civil, infrastructure, building, or large-scale construction projects.
- 3–5 years of experience in a site leadership/management role .
- Strong knowledge of civil and structural construction, site operations, and heavy equipment coordination.
- Good understanding of quality control, HSE, contract administration, and construction documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project/construction management software .
- Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
