Job Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day project cycle management; oversee the implementation of program activities in order to ensure timely and cost-effective execution of project activities and achievement of agreed goals and greatest possible impact by CFPA and project partners
- Provide regular written and verbal reports on CFPA’s activities to a supervisor, senior management, project partners and donors; collate outreach data and to prepare accurate and timely reports, support communications activities that enable informed decision making and ensures consistency of information presented within and outside CFPA
- Provide support to project partners on topics such as: implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, social accountability and stakeholder engagement, advocacy and communication/outreach activities
- Create a network and maintain a relationship with all stakeholders at field level
- Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Willing to travel outside of Addis, handle work professionally in a high-hardship environment;
- The ability to interact with beneficiaries include children and marginalized communities;
- University degree holder with at least 2 years’ experience in the relevant field of NGO/iNGOs;
- Languages: Fluency in English (reading, writing, and communication) is essential; Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) is an asset;
- Computing: Excellent computer skills and proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint;
- Strong understanding of project monitoring and evaluation
- Solid organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks, set priorities, effectively manage time and meet deadlines
- The ability to be flexible and work well under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
