.  Assign the reach truck and forklift operators according to the OBD and IBD warehouse need

.  Make a liaison between the engineering and warehouse department

.  Coordinate and manage the inspection process of the reach truck and forklift

.  Check a daily AM done and log

.  Plan the daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly inspection of each reach truck and forklift

.  Check running time and log on daily basis for each reach truck and forklift.

.  Check and log charging time on a daily basis for each reach truck and forklift

.  Check and confirm each reach truck and forklift are fully charged and ready for operation.

.  Call for service and PM maintenance based upon plan.

.  Select and screen the newly joined reach truck and forklift operator

.  Give fundamental training for the new entrants of reach truck and forklift operators

.  Prepare a weekly and monthly reach truck and forklift operators’ assignment plan

.  Check and follow up the reach truck and forklift spare parts inventory

.  Properly create and open a file for each reach truck and forklift

.  Inspect and approved rental machines’ status during the rental process

.  Check the general status of the 3P forklift and provide a report to stakeholders.

.  Properly evaluate and manage the operators career status

.  Rearrange the RT and FLT operators during high season or pressure time

.  Follow up the leave balance of RT and FLT operators and manage according to HR regulation

.  Work closely with warehouse supervisors and technical guys from the engineering team

.  Receive and perform additional tasks given by line manager.

.  Manage the daily toolbox of the Reach Truck and Forklift operators

.  Performing light maintenance when necessary

High school completion.

Proven work experience in operating reach truck and forklift

Skills preferable are:

• Must have RT and FLT operating license.
• TVET Level two or above and trained in auto or electrical background.
