Haile Grand Addis is the newly opening five-star hotel and the 8th destination of Haile Hotels & Resorts Group located in Addis Ababa about 2 kilometers away from the Israel Embassy in front of Lamberet Square.
Therefore, vacancy announcement was made for a pre-opening team from April 16, 2022, to April 25, 2022, due to our email malfunction we weren’t able to receive applications made before April 21, 2022, for those whose emails have bounced back please send your applications again, and also for those who are interested the vacancy is still open you can send your applications

Job Requirements
- Total years of experience 5 - years out of it 3 - years and worked in similar position
- Excellent knowledge of managing and directing of the housekeeping operation and laundry function.
- The ability to supervise and coordinate activities of attendant, public area cleaners and house supervisors.
- Practical experience of departmentally cost control measure.
- Highly detail oriented.
- The ability to deal effectively with guests , vendors as well as Housekeeping staff
- Winning mentality & commitment
- An excellent communication skill of Amharic & English Language
- Great interpersonal skill & leadership in practice.
- An excellent team player, positive outlook, change agent, and result-oriented personality
- BA Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, Hotel & Tourism management or related field
Minimum Work Experience Needed
- 5 years & Above
- Computer skill
- Coaching and training skill
- Managerial skill
- The ability to attend and solve guest complaints
- Team work & adaptability
- Able to work under pressure and on a Flexible schedule
