Main responsibilities:
Oversee and ensure the efficient execution of all purchasing activities within departments and projects within the company.
Duties and responsibilities include:

Oversee and ensure the efficient execution of all purchasing activities within the organization.

Create, review, and update procurement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Prepare, update, and monitor procurement plans in coordination with department heads, advising the management team on procurement strategies for goods, works, and services.

Prepare and process purchase requests and purchase orders.
-
Follow up and manage contracts, purchase orders, invoices, deliveries, delivery schedules, and payments.
-
Maintain good relationships with suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions, and ensure supplier performance meets organizational standards.

Research and evaluate prospective suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

Prepare cost analyses and procurement reports to support decision-making.
-
Work with internal stakeholders to determine procurement needs, quality, and delivery requirements.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to optimize procurement processes.

Develop and manage cost-saving initiatives and budget targets.

Maintain and manage contracts with vendors, ensuring compliance and performance.

Receive, initiate, and track orders from various departments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Reconcile or resolve order discrepancies with suppliers promptly.

Monitor delivery times to ensure timely receipt of goods and services.

Maintain good relationships with suppliers and renegotiate prices regularly to ensure best value.
Logistics Duties

Manage and coordinate staff transportation.

Manage fuel cards, refueling and payments for vehicles and generators.

Oversee GPS tracking and cameras in vehicles

Minimum Grade of Public 1 Driver’s license

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Logistics or other related fields

Fresh graduate or applicants with 1 year experience
