Job Description
- Worker Wages Payment : Worker Wages-related Policies and Procedures: assist the HR Manager in working with related departments to ensure they adhere to the policies and procedures to support the worker payroll.
- Payment Calculation : check for abnormal data in the system and past piece-rate payment history.
- Inquiry Handling : assist HR Manager to respond to workers' inquiries regarding their wages.
- Data Monitoring : assist HR Manager in monitoring regular payment reports to ensure the accuracy of the payment.
- Payroll Slips : prepare payroll slips before payment is released to each operator.
- Social Security and Pension Administration : administer the contributions to social security and pension on a timely and accurate basis based on defined approval processes.
- Payroll Inputs Data : Collect workers' different types of leaves and other payroll inputs, and compile them every day for monthly preparation.
Job Requirements
- First Degree in Accounting and Finance/Business Management and 2 Years of experience in payroll preparation.
- C omputer skills particularly Microsoft office applications, are required.
