Blu Natural Spring Water Bottling is hiring one Area Sales Manager in Addis Ababa. The position is full time, onsite, senior level requiring a bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration and at least five years of experience. Applications close on 30 November 2026.
Requirements
- Proven team leadership and sales management experience.
- Ability to achieve targets and manage multiple sales activities.
Nice to have
- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in FMCG.
Main responsibilities
- Develop and implement area sales plans and strategies.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, coach, and manage sales supervisors and sales teams.
- Identify new markets, customers, agents, and distributors.
- Ensure effective market coverage and product availability.
- Monitor sales performance and take corrective actions.
