Nice to have

Main responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with property owners, tenants, and other stakeholders
- Oversee customer inquiries, complaints, requests, and service issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective follow-up
- Develop and implement marketing plans to promote the company's property management services
- Identify new business opportunities, attract potential property owners and clients, and expand the company's property management portfolio
- Monitor customer feedback and service performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
